Senior Developer Power Platform

What does the job entail?

The Senior Developer Power Platform focuses on implementing and operating the Bremen specific Power Platform software solutions and apps.

He works in a team of 2 - 3 people for cluster Bremen in GCC India.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, build, extend and maintain Power Platform solutions, conduct testing and debugging, bring them live and collaborate with other team members to integrate them into the larger Azure system.

Automate and maintain workflows and business processes using Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.

Create and maintain custom connectors and integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other third-party systems.

Customize Dataverse tables and relationships to support application logic and data needs.

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and usability.

Support and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions; assist and support difficult service request, issue and problem solving in applications maintenance

Provide documentation, user training, and support for deployed applications.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in development with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop) ideally with expert certifications (e.g. Power Platform Developer Associate)

Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English

Technical skills (mandatory) :

Operating Systems :

Proficient in working with Windows operating systems

Programming and Frameworks :

Proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop)

Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its integration capabilities

Experience with Dataverse (Common Data Service), SharePoint, and connectors

Familiarity with Power Fx, JavaScript, or other relevant scripting languages

Web Technologies :

Experience in developing with REST APIs; JSON, Graph and integration with external data sources

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

Architecture and Development Methodologies :

Solid understanding of the Power Platform pattern; experience with unit testing and test driven development

Databases :

Strong SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server

Development Environment :

Proficient use of Power Platform development tools

Documentation :

Ability to create technical documentation, including code comments, architectural descriptions and release notes

Technical skills (optional) :

Programming :

Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, PowerShell and Graph.

CI / CD and Project Management :

Experience with Azure DevOps

Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform

Collaboration :

Experience of working in agile Scrum teams

Soft skills :

Strong communication skills and self-motivation

Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and error patterns
