Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in India. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), managing costs across all stages of construction projects, and ensuring cost efficiency. Additional responsibilities include cost planning, monitoring project expenditure, and preparing detailed cost reports to support informed decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to monitor project budgets and minimize expenses
• Experience in preparing and understanding BOQ (Bills of Quantities) as part of construction documentation
• Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting for effective financial tracking and transparency
• Attention to detail and analytical skills to provide accurate forecasts and estimates
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage vendor relationships
• Educational background in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with industry standards and software tools for cost estimation and project management
