We are seeking a Client Relations Executive to generate new business from top architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth individuals, as well as drive repeat business from existing customers. You will be responsible for maintaining customer data, preparing sales plans, and adapting sales presentations as needed. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint , and a target-oriented mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- New Business Generation : Generate new business from the top 50 architects, interior designers ( ID ), and HNI (High-Net-Worth Individuals).
- Repeat Business : Generate repetitive business from existing customers.
- Reporting & Planning : Maintain and record customer data, and generate weekly reports. Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly sales plans.
- Sales Presentation : Prepare and adapt sales presentations according to customer requirements.
Skills Required :
Good communication skills .Target-oriented with good presentation skills .Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint .Experience in business development ( BD ) and working with interior design professionals.QUALIFICATION :
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, BA, BSc, BBA , or MBA (Marketing).Skills Required
