Job Description : Product Analyst - Scrum & DevOps

Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Description

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Gather and analyze requirements and define product backlogs.

Collaborate with Design, Technology, and Product teams, owning end-to-end modules.

Expertise in Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint tracking.

Lead Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint planning, backlog, and prioritize features.

Verify new developed functionalities and bugs to ensure product quality.

Prepare Sprint reports and release notes, sending them to management.

Engage with stakeholders to align product goals, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.

Monitor product success through metrics and KPIs to ensure product performance aligns with business goals.

Drive process improvements within Scrum and Azure DevOps for efficiency

Must have :

Should have 4-6 years of relevant Experience

Should be ready to work in Evening or Night Shifts

Ready to join immediately – 15 Days (Preferred)
