Title: System Analyst

Position Overview: As System Analyst you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including clients business users and development teams to gather and analyze requirements design technical solutions and oversee the development process. Your expertise in business analysis and software development will contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and business users to understand their needs gather requirements and document system requirements accurately.

Analysis and Design: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and propose innovative technical solutions.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and design documents.

System Development: Collaborate with development teams to understand and implement software solutions based on the defined and support the digital transformation . Participate in coding and development activities when required.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in the development and testing of technology solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and high-quality and resolve any issues or defects in the software.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle including providing regular updates addressing queries and managing expectations.

Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation including functional specifications technical designs user manuals and release notes.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.

Primary Technical Skills:

In dept understanding of business requirements & convert to technical process charts & diagram

Banking domain experience

Construct workflow charts & diagrams.

Basic understanding of IT products & services.

Interpersonal and consultative skills.

Very good communications.

Analytical thinking

Understanding of networks databases and other technology.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. A relevant masters degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Software Developer preferably in an IT company. Experience in both roles is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in software development methodologies programming languages (such as Java Pythonor C#) databases and web technologies. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Business Analysis Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with requirements elicitation process modeling and documentation techniques.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
