Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser located in Doddaballapur- Bengaluru. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing and developing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, coordinating with suppliers, managing stock levels, planning product ranges, and communicating with internal departments and external clients. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and overseeing marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Proven experience in customer service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
• Experience in sales and retail with a focus on maximizing profitability
• Marketing skills to develop and implement promotional strategies
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and manage stock levels
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the fashion or clothing industry is a plus
