Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Sales Manager North East Adhesive Coatings Elastomers and Specialties.

A member of Huntsman Polyurethanes Division the primary responsibility of the job holder is to develop lead grow and manage ACE and specialties business segment for North East region & neighboring countries (Bangladesh / Nepal / Pakistan) as per the budgeted topline and bottom line growth.

He / She will be responsible for the business growth for the region focusing on topline and bottom line growth

The job holder will also be equally responsible for managing the existing business with key accounts / regular customers and drive profitable growth through new customers / markets and new product introduction

The job holder will work closely with various cross functional teams as one team to deliver the goals through collaborative approach

This position will be based in Noida India.

As a Sales Manager North East Adhesive Coatings Elastomers and Specialties you will :

Meet and exceed the budgeted sales volume revenue and contribution margin for region that s / he is responsible for

To understand the value drivers of the business and identify profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share.

To develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the key customers / target audience to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained.

To maintain grow and identify new distribution network to increase geographic coverage and service small and medium size accounts

Maintain key accounts by implementing Key Account Management plans for all key accounts and coordinate reviews the progress quarterly basis with the customer and commercial manager

Identify new potential strategic key accounts and develop them as future growth partners through active engagement

Provide prompt technical services to customer by offering solutions solving customer technical queries / quality complaint / issues

Execute technical development plan for key accounts; provide valuable inputs in developing a broad product and application development plan in line with the strategy for the business

Contribute in establishing and maintaining an excellent and user-friendly market intelligence system capturing competitive dynamics market size and market share to update the strategy

Close working relationship with the marketing Team on choosing the right sub segments to participate

Being proactive and convincingly increase price foreseeing RM price trends supply demand dynamics and Exchange rate forecast.

Responsible for managing inventory levels through active coordination with supply chain and ensure the desired forecast accuracy

Responsible for managing the DSO levels as per specified targets by working in close coordination with the credit control team

The jobholder is required to act and communicate effectively across functional cultural and international boundaries and therefore needs to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and well-developed thinking and influencing competencies. He / She will need to act and take decisions independently whereby keeping alignment to the overall business strategies. Must demonstrate self-managing and initiative competencies to maintain effectiveness under pressure

The jobholder has to have the passion and drive for brining the profitable sales growth for his / her region. Should display strong competence of driving excellence through persistent efforts amidst challenging external

environment

What skills and experiences are we looking for

Job holder should have minimum of 10 years of work experience with at least 4 years of specific techno-commercial experience in B2B sales preferably in the field of Chemicals and Polymers.

Excellent knowledge of PU technology and applications well-developed and proven commercial acumen driving continuous improvement high focus on achieving sales strong customer intimacy agility and drive cultural awareness high entrepreneurship open mindset problem solving ability strong level of integrity strong inter-personal skills.
