We are hiring for Accounts - Non Trade for our Finance Team at Corporate Office, Bangalore.

Work location : Bangalore – Work from Office

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including complex accounting areas.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure resolution of discrepancies.

Record and review journal entries with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial schedules and reports.

Liaise with statutory auditors and coordinate for timely closure of audits.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Key Requirements :

Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

Hands-on experience with SAP (FI module preferred).

Proven experience in handling intercompany transactions and month-end close.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of accounting standards like IND AS or GAAP.
