Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive with a background in the magazine industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in securing advertising and sponsorship deals, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our magazine and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential advertisers, sponsors, and partners.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with advertisers and sponsors.
- Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to align sales strategies with content and audience engagement.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our magazine's content and audience to effectively match advertisers with appropriate opportunities.
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand our reach and visibility.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a sales role within the magazine industry.Strong network of contacts in advertising, media, and related industries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with digital advertising trends and platforms is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredSkills Required
