Proziod Analytics - Opentext Exstream Engineer

Role Purpose :

To design, develop, test, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop document composition solutions using OpenText Exstream.
• Analyze business and client requirements to create efficient and scalable solutions.
• Implement, test, and deploy Exstream applications to meet performance and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exstream templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Optimize existing Exstream templates and processes for improved efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation including design specifications, flow diagrams, and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Support production deployments and handle post-deployment maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest OpenText Exstream features and industry best practices.
