Urgent Search! Regional Sales Training Executive (North / West / East)

Kapiva is recruiting a Regional Sales Training Executive for three regions (North, West and East), Looking for candidates with 7-10 years core experience in Sales, Training, Training & Operations. The primary scope of this role will be responsible for implementing and managing sales training programs for sales officers and executives across Southern India. This role is integral in improving sales performance, developing skills, and ensuring alignment with company policies and goals. The incumbent will work closely with sales teams, sales managers, and other stakeholders to assess training needs, deliver training, and measure the effectiveness of programs. programs. Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver Virtual / Classroom Training programs of SO’s & SSO’s
• Onboarding of New SO’s / SSO’s – Product & Functional Training
• OJT (On the Job Training) with New Joiners & Laggards (Min 50% travelling required)
• Monitoring and Tracking of Progress
• Implementing the Annual Training Calendar in respective region
• Collaborate with ASM / ASE’s / RSM
• Providing regional inputs to line manager for enhancement of capability development
