About Your Role

We are looking for an HR Intern to support key functions within HR Operations and Employee Data Management. The intern will assist in organizing and validating employee records, updating personal files, maintaining SharePoint documentation, and supporting reports and audits. The role also includes assisting with internship processes such as onboarding, contract extensions, and exits. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and documentation management within a dynamic organizational environment.

What you will do :

  • Streamlining personal files by organizing and filing all increment and promotion records from the past two years.
  • Organizing and maintaining all HR documents systematically in SharePoint, including amendment, appraisal, and staff records, structured by financial year and entity for easy accessibility and reference.
  • Validating and cross-checking employee data, including increments, master details, new joiner, and exit records, to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assisting in compiling various HR reports and MIS for data-driven insights
  • Supporting the internship lifecycle by assisting in onboarding, contract extensions, and exit processes.

What you will need :

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0 – 6 months of experience
  • Working knowledge of MS – Office
  • Stipend : 25,000 INR per month

    Duration : 3 months (3 months extendable)

    Location : Mumbai

    Start Date : As soon as possible
