We’re hiring a Video Editor who gets it. Not someone who just cuts clips. Someone who knows how to hold attention.

We work with fast-growing e-commerce and personal brands , and we’re looking for a Short-form Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping stories.

If you live inside Reels, Shorts, and TikTok — know how to find the hook, match pacing with emotion, and make every second count — this is your playground. 🎥

Your Role :

Edit 15–90 second short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
Bring storytelling, pacing, and music sense to every edit.
Understand brand tonality — luxury, lifestyle, or educational — and adapt accordingly.
Add captions, transitions, sound design, and on-screen effects that enhance, not clutter.
Work closely with strategists and content leads to refine direction and feedback.
Stay on top of trends, editing formats, and new platform dynamics.

Who You Are :

2+ years experience editing short-form content (agency, creator, or D2C brands).

Pro in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut Pro.

Obsessed with storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.

You can edit for both performance and brand aesthetic.

You understand retention graphs and edit for attention, not vanity.

Bonus Points If :

You’ve edited for influencers, e-commerce brands, or content creators.

You follow editors like Dan Mace, Nathan Nazareth, or Yes Theory-style pacing.

You understand motion graphics and can add light animation.
