Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with strong expertise in PySpark to lead the design, development, and configuration of applications. You will act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PySpark-based solutions.
Lead and manage the development team to deliver high-quality applications.
Take ownership of technical and team decisions.
Engage with cross-functional teams to make key strategic and technical decisions.
Provide innovative solutions to challenges across teams.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must Have : Proficiency in PySpark with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Good to Have : Experience in Python programming.

Strong knowledge of distributed computing and data processing frameworks.

Experience in application design and architecture.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.

Additional Information :

Position is based in Bengaluru .

15 years of full-time education required.
