Mphasis - International Tax Manager - US Taxation - CA

Technical skills :

• Hands-on experience and expertise in US direct taxation.
• Business tax, CAT GRT and allied US Direct Tax Compliance
• Experience in US Federal & State Tax- Preparation of Form 1120, 1120F for US C corp and US LLC.
• Experience in using Avalara Software, Thomson Reuters, Checkpoint etc.
• Undertaking Technical Research on US Tax Laws
• Knowledge of various provisions viz. BEAT, GILTI, 163(j) disallowance, CFC, etc
• Hands-on experience in dealing with FATCA forms (like W8, W9)
• WHT Tax compliance and advice from US Tax perspective read with International Tax Treaties
• Support seniors in M&A acquisition deals and review of document, agreement, etc
