As a Lead Data Scientist, you will drive the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure the successful integration of data science into product and business strategies.

Tasks :

Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making

Develop and deploy ML models using Python, SQL, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into scalable systems

Evaluate and fine-tune NLP, LLM, and other advanced AI models

Conduct applied research and experimentation to validate new ideas

Communicate findings through dashboards, visualizations, and presentations

Stay current with trends in AI, cloud services, and ML Ops

Professional Requirements and Expertise :

1+ years of experience in data science and machine learning

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field

Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Solid understanding of data analysis, model evaluation, and deployment

Good to

have : Experience with cloud services, NLP, LLM, Spark, Docker, AI, and event-driven architectures (e.g., Eventbus)
