Preparing and maintaining the job description repositoryEnsuring on boarding of manpower in line with the launch plans.Ensuring quality of recruitment.Ensuring an optimal sourcing mix.Responsible for the identification, contracting and management of vendors thatsupplement recruitment needs.
Screening application forms and short listing applicants.Keeping recruitment costs in control and developing alternate sourcing channels.Managing the employee reference process
