The Role
We are hiring a Social Media Manager who can own our organic and paid social presence end to end while partnering with the Growth Marketing Lead on experiments that drive activation. You will plan, create, and distribute content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels, turn early adopter physicians into advocates, and position our leadership as credible voices in digital health.
What You Will Do
- Build and execute a channel strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram that drives qualified traffic, signups, and engagement from clinicians.
- Plan the editorial calendar with SMEs and founders, and ship high-quality posts, short videos, carousels, and threads.
- Turn clinical insights into clear narratives, case studies, and explainers that meet medical compliance standards.
- Launch and manage paid social campaigns with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube to amplify proven content.
- Partner with the Growth Marketing Lead on A / B tests, audience targeting, landing pages, and UTM strategy to improve activation from social.
- Build and run advocacy programs with early adopter physicians, KOLs, and communities to drive referrals and word of mouth.
- Establish the CEO and leadership as influential voices through consistent thought leadership, guest posts, AMAs, and event-driven content.
- Monitor conversations with social listening tools, engage with clinicians, and manage community responses and escalation playbooks.
- Track performance with GA4, platform analytics, and dashboards, and report on impact across awareness, traffic quality, signups, and activation.
- Maintain a clear approval workflow and content repository, keeping all assets on brand, accurate, and compliant.
What You Bring
3 to 5 years in social media or content marketing for B2B SaaS, ideally in healthtech or another regulated or technical field.Proven track record growing channels that convert, not just channels that accumulate followers.Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, plus comfort briefing and editing short-form video.Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and basic YouTube Ads.Working knowledge of GA4, UTM governance, Google Tag Manager basics, and dashboard tools such as Looker Studio.Familiarity with medical advertising guidelines and platform policies, and how to stay compliant without losing clarity.Bonus : experience with influencer or KOL programs, community building, and lightweight design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe.Why Join Us
