Position : DFT Engineer

Experience : 4+ Years

Location : Bangalore / Noida

Notice Period :

Immediate to 30 Days (Early Joiners Preferred)

Key Skills & Responsibilities :

Hands-on experience in

Scan Insertion, ATPG, and MBIST .

Strong knowledge of

Tessent DFT tools

(Scan, MBIST, JTAG, Boundary Scan).

Experience in

DFT architecture, pattern generation, and coverage analysis .

Good understanding of

Verilog RTL ,

Synthesis , and

Timing concepts .

Exposure to

Silicon Debug

and

Pattern Simulation

(preferred).

Proficient in

TCL / Perl / Python

scripting for automation.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
