Role Description

We are seeking experienced Psychologists (freelance / part-time) who can conduct engaging online life skills and counselling sessions for school students. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with young learners in a virtual environment.

• Deliver interactive life skills sessions and student counselling programs through online platforms.
• Facilitate discussions on topics such as emotional intelligence, stress management, resilience, communication skills, goal setting, and self-awareness.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for students.
• Assess students’ emotional and behavioural needs during sessions and provide appropriate guidance.
• Collaborate with the content and program teams to enhance training modules.
• Provide feedback and brief session reports as required.
• Qualification;
• Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling / Clinical Psychology / Applied Psychology (mandatory).
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in counselling or conducting life skills programs for school or adolescent students .
• Proven ability to deliver engaging online sessions using digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English.
