Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Analyst who can lead a team, manage payment governance systems, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL, experienced with payment systems / reconciliation, and skilled in maintaining system stability while ensuring governance across workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries for analysis and reporting.
• Manage, monitor, and enhance Payment Governance Systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to maintain data integrity.
• Build and automate dashboards / reports to track key metrics and system performance.
• Identify anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution for payment-related issues.
• Define, document, and enforce processes, SOPs, and governance protocols.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit :
• 3 - 5 years of experience in analytics, data systems, or system operations.
• Proven experience in leading small to mid-sized teams.
• Strong command of SQL and advanced querying techniques.
• Hands-on experience with payment systems, reconciliation, or financial data platforms
