Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Services Coordinator located at Sugan Hospital in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Patient Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, assisting patients with their inquiries, and providing excellent communication and support to ensure a positive patient experience. The role may also involve interacting with healthcare professionals and maintaining patient records accurately.

computer skills with social media handling
Knowledge of Medical Terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and ensure patient well being
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication to provide excellent service and address patient inquiries professionally
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
Minimum educational qualification : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
