Job Description
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to join our team at our Noida office .
As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person / office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary materials (pens, forms, brochures, etc.).
Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveries.
Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access at reception.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years’ proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.).
Professional attitude and appearance .
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills .
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Education
XII / Diploma / Graduation (Required)
Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
