Role & responsibilities

• Person would be responsible for development of Adobe Campaign Classic workflow on a timely basis with precision as per the requirements.
• Should be able to coordinate with Campaign Managers / Product on queries raised by them and translate them to Adobe campaign workflows.
• Should be able to demonstrate technical and programming skills like Adobe Campaign, Java Scripting, CleverTap, CRMNext, Siebel etc.
• Should be a Team player with good communication skills & should be able to work under pressure.
• Design, develop and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign including Java scripting.
• Monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications and ensure communications are executed correctly.
• Manage communication status reporting; define standard delivery reports, and create new adhoc reports using available tools (e.g. SQL, Adobe Campaign).
• Analyze key campaign performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize campaign design.
• Help drive the migration of existing communications to the Adobe Campaign platform.
