About the Role :
As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable and proactive individual to take ownership of our
HR and internal coordination tasks
and act as a trusted assistant to our
Managing Director .
This role blends team support, task follow-ups, and culture management within a creative agency environment.
You’ll be responsible for handling people-related processes, maintaining operational flow, and supporting the day-to-day functioning of the leadership.
You’ll be the person everyone turns to for follow-ups, internal clarity, task tracking, and team needs — ensuring the backend of the team runs smoothly while closely supporting one of the key founders in everyday operations.
Key Responsibilities :
HR & People Support :
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining team records
Monitor attendance, leaves, and maintain internal HR files
Organize team activities, birthdays, review meetings, and feedback sessions
Help ensure a positive, structured, and growth-oriented work culture
Internal Admin & Team Coordination :
Track day-to-day tasks between departments (design, content, SEO, etc.)
Maintain internal to-do lists, project follow-ups, and basic reporting
Coordinate internal timelines and ensure accountability within teams
Support execution of in-house strategies, schedules, and content reviews
Personal Assistant to Director :
Act as a right hand to the Co-Founder for internal operations
Help manage her schedules, task lists, creative follow-ups, and internal priorities
Coordinate between leadership and internal teams for timely execution
Maintain confidentiality and strong organizational discipline
Ideal Candidate :
1–3 years of experience in HR / Admin / Operations / Executive Assistant roles
Excellent communication in English (Telugu / Hindi is a bonus)
Honest, highly organized, detail-focused, and sincere in follow-ups
Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic coordination tools
Friendly, flexible, and willing to adapt in a growing agency environment
Prior experience in creative agencies / startups is a plus
