Job descriptionFinal year student / recent grad / 1-2 years experience (any background) AI-savvy : Already use ChatGPT / Claude for work Strong communication + obsessive attention to detail Self-starter with ownership mentality Available 6 hrs / day, 6 days / week, 6-month commitment Live M&A deals (₹10-100 Cr transaction sizes) Calls with CEOs, founders, CFOs, investors Direct founder mentorship Due diligence frameworks (financial, legal, commercial) Transaction documentation (LOIs, term sheets, SPAs) Industry research and competitive analysis AI-powered automation tools (n8n, Apollo, CRM systems) Deal execution workflows and investor outreach at scale Strong recommendation letters for MBA / CFA / full-time IB roles PPO potential : Top performers convert to full-time Associate roles Extended internship options for final-year students Stipend : ₹10,000 / month Duration : 6 months (extension / conversion possible based on performance) Location : Hyderabad preferred, hybrid available, or if you are willing to relocate, accommodation will be provided Hours : Flexible 6 hrs / day, expect intensity during live deals Start : Immediate (rolling admissions)

Work directly with Founder + Ops Lead on real deal execution.
Core Responsibilities :
- Deal operations : NDAs, data rooms, weekly founder touchpoints
- Investor / buyer research : Database building, outreach campaigns, CRM management
- Event coordination : Post-event follow-ups and future business development events
- Systems building : Templates, SOPs, process documentation
- Content support : LinkedIn posts, case studies, pitch material
Reality Check : 70% operations, 30% research / coordination. Not finance modeling. Real responsibility from Day 1.
