About the Role

We’re building the future of autonomous companies , where AI agents, not humans, handle the majority of operations, customer interactions, and workflows.

As Agentic Team Lead , you’ll be at the core of this transformation. You will design, orchestrate, and deploy AI agents that :

  • Talk to customers (voice, SMS, WhatsApp, chat)
  • Handle business processes (onboarding, support, sales)
  • Replace traditional SaaS UIs with conversations and decisions

You’ll work closely with developers, flow builders, and (eventually) product managers to launch internal, generic, and vertical-specific agents across our portfolio of startups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and orchestrate AI agents across communication (voice / chat / SMS) and BPM (workflow) domains
  • Map business processes into structured flows that agents can execute
  • Architect modular, reusable agent templates (intake, memory, retry, human fallback)
  • Lead the agent lifecycle : from prompt design → logic flow → evals → deployment → refinement
  • Collaborate with Zuide.dev team to connect agents with tools, APIs, and attended views
  • Own quality and performance metrics : response accuracy, fallback rate, task completion
  • Launch agent-first verticals like Fitzi (fitness), LegalSnap (legal), and more — with no SaaS UI

    • Ideal Background

  • 5+ years in automation, RPA, BPM, or workflow design
  • Experience designing or deploying AI / chat / voice agents
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering , function calling, multi-turn conversations
  • Ability to design flows with tools like Zapier, Camunda, Uncode, n8n, or LangChain
  • Worked with multi-modal communication (SMS, WhatsApp, phone, chat)
  • Can break down real-world business processes into agentic logic
  • Bonus : basic coding skills in Python / JavaScript for prototyping

    • Tools Required :

  • AI Stack : GPT-4, Claude, LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI function calling
  • Automation / BPM : Camunda, Zapier, n8n, Uncode
  • Communication : Twilio, Kaleyra, WhatsApp Cloud API
  • Internal : CRM, POS, calendar, ticketing, campaign engine
