About us :

Monk Outsourcing is a leading provider of advertising and digital marketing services, delivering end-to-end solutions such as SEO, SMO, Social Media Management, and Web Development to global clients.

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong and consistent sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities :

Research and identify new B2B prospects
Generate and qualify leads via , email, and calls
Maintain CRM with accurate lead details
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to build strong pipelines
Follow up with potential clients to ensure engagement
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or similar role

Experience using Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach tools

Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
