Marketing Analyst

The Opportunity :

The Marketing Data Analyst plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across our marketing efforts. Embedded within the Marketing Analytics & Reporting team you will be responsible for delivering clear visibility into performance metrics through the development of scalable processes systems and dashboards.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES / COMPETENCIES

• Analyze complex and large-scale data sets to uncover trends generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Design develop and maintain custom reports dashboards and performance metrics tailored to the evolving needs of internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with analytics stakeholders to interpret requirements and build effective processes that meet business objectives.
• Proactively identify and articulate opportunities to improve data workflows and processes enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision demonstrating a clear understanding of tasks and delivering precise timely outcomes.
• Possess a foundational understanding of marketing principles to contextualize data within broader campaign and business strategies.
