Role Overview :

The Jewellery Designer will lead Zavya’s creative direction by conceptualizing and developing jewellery collections that act as growth drivers for the brand. The role combines design innovation, market understanding, and leadership to create products that are both trend-forward and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the creation of design concepts and strategies that align with the brand identity and drive revenue growth.
• Conceptualize and design collections, creating designs using software such as CorelDRAW, Rhino, Matrix, KeyShot, Photoshop, or manual sketching.
• Analyze trends, market gaps, and translate global and domestic fashion insights into innovative, relevant designs.
• Oversee sampling, CAD approvals, and final product reviews to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of metal weights, gemstones, finishes, sizes, and pricing for feasible and profitable designs.
