Job Overview :

As a Performance Marketer, you’ll play a key role in driving online growth through data-driven marketing strategies. You’ll manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging analytics and creative thinking to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Use data analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.

Conduct A / B testing to optimize campaigns and achieve performance goals.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing and digital advertising.

Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns stay within financial goals while maximizing performance.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles.

Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).

Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and KPIs.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing is a plus.
