Position Overview : We’re looking for a
Campaign Manager
who will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, understands ad tech, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple clients and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end campaign execution across platforms (Meta, Google, Programmatic, Affiliate, and others).
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand campaign goals, audience, and KPIs.
Set up and optimize campaigns to achieve desired ROI, CTR, and conversion metrics.
Monitor daily campaign performance and troubleshoot issues like pacing, targeting, or tracking.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for clients.
Ensure campaign delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.
Requirements :
0–2 years of experience managing digital ad campaigns (agency or DSP experience preferred).
Strong hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager ,
Google Ads , and at least one
Programmatic / DSP platform (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar).
Understanding of tracking tools (UTMs, pixels, MMPs like Appsflyer / Adjust).
Excellent analytical and Excel / reporting skills.
Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Certification in Meta or Google Ads is a plus.
