We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in B2B sales, SaaS, and customer engagement. You'll work on the front lines—identifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and nurturing client relationships post-sale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers across industries.
  • Convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities.

Client Engagement & Sales

  • Conduct
  • product demonstrations to showcase features, use cases, and ROI.

  • Explain company services and products effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Handle objections with confidence and negotiate win-win deals.
  • CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in
  • CRM.

  • Record daily calls, meetings, lead status, and submit timely progress reports.
  • Post-Sales Relationship Management

  • Provide
  • post-sales support to ensure a smooth onboarding and early adoption.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively
  • reduce churn risk .

  • Identify
  • upselling and cross-selling opportunities for other company products and services.

    Performance Monitoring

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow a structured sales process and maintain high productivity.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong command of
  • English communication – both written and verbal.

  • Excellent
  • negotiation, objection handling , and persuasion skills.

  • Quick learner with a
  • process-oriented and result-focused mindset.

  • High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a
  • target-driven and fast-paced environment.

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and productivity software is a plus.
