We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the People Team with data-driven insights, dashboard creation, and problem-solving across a wide range of people processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, is comfortable navigating undefined problem statements, and is excited about building analytics foundations for the People charter.
Responsibilities :
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards for exits, hiring, movements, performance, and engagement.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Support monthly and quarterly people reports with clear, data-backed narratives.
- Conduct deep-dives on exit reasons, attrition hotspots, hiring funnel efficiency, and workforce demographics.
- Partner with HRBPs to improve processes and HR interventions backed by data insights.
- Organize people data across HR systems and trackers.
- Collaborate with Tech / Data teams to drive HRMS enhancements, ensuring the system evolves to support better data accuracy and smoother HR processes.
- Create intuitive dashboards for business stakeholders.
What you'll need :
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst role having expert proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data modeling and presentation purposes.Expert Proficiency in SQL and Python / R for data extraction and manipulation.Exposure to ML projects and data science is good to have.Understanding of key HR metrics (attrition, hiring funnel, headcount, performance, engagement, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate findings and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Who will excel?
