We’re looking for an HR professional with 2–2.5 years of experience to join our growing team of 35+ people at BizFoc .
You’ll handle hiring, onboarding, employee engagement , and help us build a strong team culture as we scale.
What you’ll do :
- Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
- Plan team activities and support performance reviews
- Work closely with management to build a great workplace
