What You'll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)
As a Business Growth Intern, you will work closely with the founder and the core team to accelerate HIPCASTLE's growth. Your responsibilities will include :
- Market Research & Insights
- Study fashion and D2C industry trends, identify new growth opportunities, and analyze competitor strategies.
- Sales & Performance Marketing Support
- Assist in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Meta, Google, and other ad platforms.
- Track KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and conversions, and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Partnerships & Collaborations
- Research and reach out to influencers, micro-creators, and growth partners for brand collabs.
- E-commerce Optimization
- Suggest improvements for Shopify store (UI / UX, product pages, funnels).
- Explore automation tools for customer engagement (WhatsApp flows, CRM tools).
- Brand Growth Initiatives
- Help plan and execute offline pop-up stalls and experiential marketing events.
- Brainstorm and pitch innovative strategies to acquire and retain customers.
