Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.).
• Configure UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Flow Designer , and Service Catalog items .
• Develop and maintain custom applications , integrations , and REST / SOAP web services within the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform system upgrades , patches , and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Work with the ServiceNow platform owner to enforce governance, security, and compliance standards .
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide technical support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation , including solution designs, user guides, and SOPs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Ensure all ServiceNow development adheres to best practices, scalability, and maintainability standards.
