We’re already working with Digital India Corporation to build national-scale blockchain platforms, starting with onboarding DigiLocker credentials on blockchain. Our clients include IEEE, United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Government of Chhattisgarh, Government of Maharashtra etc and we’re just getting started. Role Overview

As a Software Engineer – Tech Lead, you’ll lead a team of talented engineers to architect, design, and build cloud-native distributed systems that form the foundation of India’s digital trust ecosystem. You’ll be hands-on with architecture, code, and delivery, while mentoring engineers and setting technical direction. This is not just another engineering role - it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to design systems that define national infrastructure, with massive scale and real-world impact.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-impact projects.
Architect and develop cloud-native backend systems built for reliability, scale, and security.
Design and optimize distributed systems and data-intensive architectures.
Work closely with leadership to translate product vision into technical roadmaps.
Ensure engineering excellence through CI / CD automation, testing, and code reviews.
Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality releases and smooth operations.

Requirements

6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role

Proven experience leading teams and shipping production-grade backend systems.

Deep expertise in databases, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.

Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Go, or Python (TypeScript a plus)

Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure, containerization, and CI / CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of system design, scalability patterns, and data consistency models.
