Senior Executive – Learning & Communications

We are Dr. Oetker India. Since our beginnings, under the brand FunFoods, we are a leading player in Mayonnaise, Spreads and Italian Sauces bringing a taste of Europe to the Indian consumers. Additionally, we have a range of moist ready to eat Cakes under the brand name of Kuppies. Besides these two well-loved brands Dr. Oetker India is present both in retail and foodservice with a wide range under several other brands including Professional in QSRs and HoReCa.

We are looking for passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds who can wear many hats and be comfortable with ambiguity to join our People & Culture team for learning and communications.

Role Description

As a Senior Executive in Learning & Communications, you will work full-time and on-site at our office located in Delhi, India. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting internal and external communications as well as driving employer branding initiatives internally and on social media. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and executing training and learning programs, employee engagement and wellness activities to support team development within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or Master's in Human Resources or a related field, with relevant work experience of 3 years

Strong skills in Communications and developing communication initiatives

Proven experience in facilitating learning and development programs

Hands on experience using online learning platforms

Proficient in excel, analytical abilities with curiosity on AI and digital tools

Exceptional Writing skills and ability to deliver tailored content for diverse audiences

Great skills in Canva, Articulate & Video making are essential

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Strong ability to collaborate across departments and teams

Passion, creativity and an eye for detail are non-negotiable
