Job Summary :
The Manager – Investment Products will assist in developing and executing sales strategies for investment products, support the Area Manager in business growth initiatives, and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The role requires market research, sales data analysis, and team coordination to ensure achievement of targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans for the assigned area.
- Support the Area Manager in identifying potential customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure achievement of targets and objectives.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on trends and client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Support the Area Manager in recruiting, training, and managing the sales team in the area.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Provide guidance and expertise on investment products and services to clients and team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes, client service, and business growth.
