Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher Customer Service Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer support. Daily tasks include responding to customer emails and calls, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining customer records. The specialist will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Basic knowledge of IT services and support
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred
