We’re looking for a Team Lead – Talent Acquisition who can drive end-to-end hiring strategies, lead a high-performing recruitment team, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring across multiple business units. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both technical and non-technical hiring, a data-driven approach, and experience partnering with senior leadership to shape workforce plans and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

What you will do :

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple business verticals (Tech, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans in alignment with organizational growth and workforce planning.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high productivity, effective pipeline management, and excellent stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and design proactive sourcing strategies.

Sourcing & Hiring Excellence

  • Drive innovative sourcing through professional networks, digital platforms, and talent mapping.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.
  • versee campus hiring, lateral hiring, and niche role recruitments.
  • Ensure candidate experience excellence through transparent communication and process efficiency.
  • Data, Process & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Analyze hiring data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Ensure ATS hygiene, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
  • Report hiring progress and insights to leadership teams with clear action plans.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Partner with department heads to understand talent gaps and role requirements.
  • Mentor, coach, and upskill team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs for onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.
  • Represent the TA function in leadership discussions and strategy reviews.
  • Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 3+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in agency or corporate hiring environments.
  • Strong expertise in tech and non-tech hiring, leadership hiring, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience : 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with [specific industry] and its market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion : Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes.
  • CRM Expertise : Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to track leads, deals, and progress.
  • Self-Starter : Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. .
