OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development and customer relationship initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in industrial product sales, team management, and strategic market development — with a strong background in manufacturing, valves, strainers, fasteners, or oil & gas sectors. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and developing business strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
Key responsibilities :
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement short- and long-term business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Create annual sales strategies and budgets to ensure consistent business growth.
- Identify new market segments and revenue opportunities.
Sales & Marketing / Business Development
Lead tender and contract bidding strategies to secure new business opportunities.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure professional follow-ups.Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for new and existing clients.Manage contract bookings and oversee sales processes end-to-end.
Coordinate and execute sales events, exhibitions, and product promotions.Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.Ensure brand consistency and promote awareness of the company’s products and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.Drive payment collections and ensure timely follow-ups.Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction.Ensure adherence to delivery and service quality norms.Leadership & Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets.Guide sales techniques, product knowledge, and business communication.Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.Other Deliverables
Represent the company in industry seminars and events to strengthen brand positioning.Maintain relationships with key decision-makers across target industries.Support the preparation of tender documentation and other business compliance requirements.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales / Marketing within the manufacturing or industrial products sector.Proven experience handling teams and managing large client accounts.Strong understanding of industrial equipment and components such as valves, strainers, fasteners, or related products.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Sound knowledge of tendering processes, B2B sales, and market strategy formulation.
