We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team and drive engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, curate, and publish engaging content (copy, images, and videos) across social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

Write compelling content for social media, blogs, emailers, and other digital platforms aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.

Manage day-to-day activities on social media : scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to community interactions.

Collaborate with the design, brand, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that highlight projects in Goa, Alibag, Karjat, Kasauli, Coonoor, and other luxury destinations.

Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to optimize engagement and reach.

Stay updated with social media trends, industry best practices, and new tools to keep Isprava ahead of the digital curve.

Assist in influencer collaborations, partnerships, and paid digital campaigns when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

2+ years of experience managing social media platforms and content for premium or lifestyle brands (luxury background is a plus).

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for luxury aesthetics.

Knowledge of social media tools and analytics (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

Basic understanding of digital advertising and influencer marketing.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual sensibility.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
