Job Title : Sales Manager – IT Services / IT Staffing

Experience Required : 8+ Years in Sales from IT Services / IT Staffing

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in IT Services or IT Staffing . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts in the IT domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to closure, while building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition in IT Services / Staffing across enterprise and mid-market clients.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research.

Understand client requirements and position company’s IT services, digital solutions, and staffing capabilities effectively.

Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.

Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful service execution.

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets .

Develop long-term strategic relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement teams.

Stay updated with industry trends in IT services, staffing, digital transformation, and technology consulting.

Key Requirements

8+ years of experience in sales for IT Staffing, Consulting, or IT Services Projects .

Proven success in client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth .

Strong network of decision-makers (CXOs / HR / Procurement) in IT industry .

Experience selling staff augmentation, managed services, or digital IT solutions .

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in Sales / Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience selling in GCC is an added advantage.

Familiarity with MSP / VMS models, SOW-based projects, or offshore delivery models .
