Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Service Portal development and deep hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end Service Portal implementations from scratch, along with building custom widgets, pages, and self-service solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow Service Portals.
• Develop custom widgets, pages, and UI components using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
• Perform end-to-end implementation of Service Portals from concept to deployment.
• Write advanced Server-side and Client-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.).
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve portal issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration problems.
