Business Analyst - B2B Domain

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 58 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital commerce (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) and experience working with AI / ML solutions and back-office systems. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams by gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed user requirements, specifications, and use cases
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment between product vision and engineering implementation
• Support product and project teams in planning, prioritizing, and delivering value-driven solutions
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and design thinking exercises with stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Create Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in AHA and JIRA
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, QA) to ensure smooth execution and delivery
• Contribute to the design and optimization of back-office systems and digital commerce platforms
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and data-driven recommendations for process improvements
• Produce clear, concise, and well-organized documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user flows, and reporting specifications
