About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and people-oriented HR Engagement Specialist to design and execute programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening employee relationships, driving engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive and high-performing work environment within our Vadodara operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities such as events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Partner with leadership and HR teams to assess employee engagement trends and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs to help new hires integrate successfully into the company culture.
• Manage employee communications , surveys, and feedback channels to ensure open and transparent dialogue across all teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to promote employee participation in company-wide programs and CSR initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing retention and recognition strategies that align with company goals.
• Support HR compliance and documentation related to engagement programs, attendance, and participation.
• Provide support in grievance handling and foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to the development of a positive employer brand through employee storytelling, internal campaigns, and engagement metrics.
