Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Executive to manage our organization's end-to-end travel needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international and domestic travel planning, management, execution, and coordination with respect to vendors and policy compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can deliver seamless travel experiences while optimizing costs and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for employees and leadership
- Ensure all travel arrangements are cost-effective and aligned with company policies and budgets
- Manage complex international itineraries, including multi-leg journeys, layovers, and time zone considerations
- Stay informed about global travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories
- Coordinate with embassies and visa service providers for timely processing of travel documents
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transport providers to negotiate competitive rates and ensure high-quality service
- Maintain strong relationships with preferred travel partners and vendors
- Ensure all bookings comply with internal travel policies and approval workflows
- Educate employees on travel policies and assist with policy-related queries
- Provide real-time support during travel disruptions, cancellations, or emergencies
- Manage rebooking, refunds, and alternate arrangements proactively
- Utilize travel management platforms and expense tools for booking and reporting
- Maintain accurate travel records and generate periodic reports for leadership
- Act as a single point of contact for all travel-related queries
- Ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience for employees
