Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Account Management & Business Development :
Build and nurture relationships with key clients across retail and rural sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Strategic Campaign Planning :
Develop and execute high-impact Retail / rural project with defined SOP.
Leverage local insights, consumer data, and market trends to drive campaign effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with internal teams including creative, operations, and analytics to deliver seamless on-ground activations.
Ensure timely execution and measurable outcomes for all campaigns.
What We’re Looking For :
6-8 years of experience in client servicing or business development, preferably in activation / events and rural advertising.
Strong understanding of rural marketing dynamics and regional consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
